Assess customer needs and provide expert advice on flooring department products;
Present and demonstrate the product highlighting its positive features and suggest complementary products;
Support the marketing of products in its department such as: display of merchandise, visual presentation and labelling;
Keep up to date with new products and their functions;
Ensure and participate in the maintenance of his department;
Be aware of current promotions and flyers;
Develop a basic knowledge of all the departments in the store;
If required, operate a forklift, in accordance with the procedures and policies of the organization;
Comply with policies and procedures regarding loss prevention, breakage of goods and health and safety;

Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Carpenter to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for constructing, installing, and repairing structures and fixtures made of wood, plywood, and wallboard. You will use a variety of hand and power tools, including saws, drills, and sanders, to complete your work.
Responsibilities:
– Measure and cut materials to specified lengths
– Build or repair cabinets, doors, frameworks, floors, and other wooden fixtures
– Install structures and fixtures, such as windows and doors
– Inspect and replace damaged framework or other structures
– Collaborate with other construction workers to complete projects on time
– Maintain a clean and organized work area
Requirements:
– Proven experience as a Carpenter
– Strong knowledge of carpentry techniques and tools
– Ability to read blueprints and follow detailed instructions
– Excellent communication and teamwork skills
– Physical stamina and strength to lift heavy materials
– High school diploma or equivalent
