Title: Administrative Assistant

Location: Toronto, ON

Our company is seeking a highly motivated and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to various departments within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
– Answer and direct phone calls
– Maintain electronic and hard copy filing system
– Handle requests for information and data
– Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos, and emails
– Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
– Assist in organizing and maintaining office supplies
– Provide general support to visitors

Qualifications:
– Proven experience as an administrative assistant or relevant role
– Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills
