The successful candidate will report to the Senior Facility Manager. The Maintenance Generalist will be responsible for, but not limited to, performing minor carpentry, plumbing and electrical work, cleaning equipment such as boiler, chiller, cooling towers, etc., changing filters, cleaning, and housekeeping of mechanical and electrical rooms, maintenance shop, and central utility plant, transporting material and equipment and assisting trade staff to perform their duty.Your role within the team:

  • Unplug sink, toilet, floor drain and roof drain, fix leaking tap, clean grease trap.
  • Replace light bulbs and lens.
  • Replace broken ceiling tile, hangs pictures, white board, signs, and festivity decoration.
  • Change Filters in air handling units, exhaust fans, fan coils, compressed air system, closed loop water systems, water treatment system.
  • Conducting water test for the boilers, condensate tanks, deaerator, and softener following the water treatment company step by step procedure.
