Job Description:
Our company is seeking a proactive and highly organized Administrative Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will provide administrative support to various departments within the company, including but not limited to coordinating schedules, managing calendars, handling correspondence, and assisting with various projects.
Responsibilities:
– Manage calendars and schedule appointments for team members
– Handle incoming and outgoing communications, such as emails, phone calls, and mail
– Assist with the coordination and execution of various projects and events
– Prepare and distribute reports, presentations, and other documents as needed
– Maintain electronic and physical filing systems
– Perform general office duties, such as ordering supplies, handling office maintenance, and other administrative tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
– High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred
– 2+ years of administrative support experience
– Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
– Strong organizational and time management skills
– Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
