- Perform general building and grounds maintenance and repairs which may include: drywall repairs, painting, landscaping, snow removal, minor plumbing and electrical repairs, along with other general maintenance tasks across multiple sites.

- Physical ability to perform all job functions which may include: overhead reaching, working from heights, crouching, bending, twisting, pulling, pushing, lifting and carrying objects up to 50lbs, maintaining a fast, steady pace
- Ability to work occasional weekends, after hours, or emergency call-outs as needed
- Industry and trade certifications are definite assets but not required
