  • Contribute the design and execution of transformational initiatives within our GTM Strategy (e.g., segmentation, verticalization, Ideal Customer Profile etc)
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of our business and develop a deep understanding of key value drivers to identify growth opportunities, developing executive-level presentations on how to allocate resources (quota, headcount, territory) for the highest ROI
  • Maintain the GTM framework model, which defines the dimensions of our GTM (region, market segment, industry, solution) and assigns bookings targets across these dimensions
  • Document and communicate the borders between GTM segments (e.g., Private vs Public Sector) and the rules-of-engagement where different teams interact or responsibility transfers from one team to another
  • Work with IT to translate the above rules-of-engagement into technical requirements for updating systems, represent the Business as a decision-maker guiding IT’s support to GTM (e.g., Master Data Management of account information in CRM)
  • Define & monitor KPIs following launch, in partnership with the Enterprise Data Management team, as well as stakeholder feedback to iterate on the plan in-year and/or inform the next planning cycle.
  • Improve processes and implement tool changes & updates to enhance performance of the Revenue organization.
  • Execute one-off strategic initiatives critical to accelerate growth and market leadership.

Skills and experience we value
