Fly in Fly outOn behalf of our client, NCC Development Group Inc., we are currently recruiting for a Plaster & Painter in Iqaluit, Nunavut. The successful candidate for this position will be a self-starter who take initiative and does what work needs to be done. They will also possess the ability to work productively, efficiently and effectively under tight timescales on both large and small development projects.As a Plaster & Painter, you will be responsible for:
- Applying base and finished grade coatings and to make drywall repairs.
- Concealing any imperfections or exposed area in the drywall surface.
- Sanding down rough areas on to create a smooth surface.
- Layering plaster or spackle with trowels to create a smooth and flat surface.
- Install Spray/roll air/water barriers.
- Mixing basecoats/adhesive materials.
- Applying fiberglass mesh.
You and Your Experience:
- Ability to assess the quality of work and materials.
- Ability to operate tools, machines and other equipment.
- Ability to read blueprints and specifications.
- Ability to accurately measure materials.
- Ability to work on ladders, scaffolds and stilts.
- Knowledge of basic mathematics, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
- You have a valid driver’s license.
Environmental Conditionals:
- Will be exposed to winter temperature extremes in a harsh climate when temperature drop in excess of -50C.
- The successful candidate will be required to work a shift rotational schedule. This is a fly in fly out position.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team in Dallas, Texas. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
Responsibilities:
