Medical Receptionist/Administrative Assistant
Our busy medical office is currently seeking a Medical Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, be detail-oriented, and have the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
– Greet patients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
– Schedule appointments and manage calendars
– Answer phones and direct calls to appropriate personnel
– Obtain and verify patient information
– Maintain patient records and files
– Collect payments and process insurance claims
– Perform general office tasks such as faxing, filing, and data entry
