  • Lead project teams in the planning, design, and implementation of water and wastewater facilities with a focus on SCADA and instrumentation and control (I&C).
  • Develop project scope, budgets, and schedules in collaboration with clients and stakeholders.
  • Oversee the preparation of engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documentation.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met on time and within budget.
  • Manage project risks, identify potential issues, and implement effective mitigation strategies.

What you’ll bring to WSP:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum of 15 years experience in engineering and 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the design and construction of water and wastewater facilities.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects from initiation to completion, with a focus on I&C.
  • Experience in I&C engineering, including PLC programming, SCADA systems, and process automation.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects concurrently.
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license is a plus.
  • PMP certification or equivalent project management credentials are desirable.
