The role involves maintaining project document control, assisting with operational tasks, supervising field operations, and ensuring quality and safety on job sites. Qualifications include a Bachelor’s Degree or post-secondary training in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, and experience with project control software applications. Position: Receptionist/Administrative Assistant

Location: Victoria, BC

Salary: $40,000 – $45,000 a year

Our company is seeking a Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our team in Victoria, BC. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the office, managing the front desk, greeting visitors, answering phone calls, and performing various clerical tasks.

Responsibilities:
– Answer and direct phone calls in a professional manner
– Greet and assist visitors
– Sort and distribute incoming mail
– Coordinate meetings and appointments
– Maintain office supplies and equipment
– Prepare and modify documents as needed
– Provide general administrative support to staff

Requirements:
