Job Description

We are currently seeking a passionate and experienced Sales Manager to join our team. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving the growth and success of the sales team by developing strategies, managing accounts, and optimizing sales processes.

Key Responsibilities:
– Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
– Develop strategies to increase sales and profitability
– Identify new business opportunities and target markets
– Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
– Train and mentor sales team members
– Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
– Represent the company at industry events and conferences

Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field
– 5+ years of experience in sales, preferably in a leadership role
– Strong communication and negotiation skills
– Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
– Experience with CRM software and sales analytics
– Ability to travel as needed
