We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Vancouver, BC. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients and customers. Your duties will include answering customer inquiries, resolving complaints, processing orders, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
– Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person
– Resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
– Process customer orders and ensure accuracy
