- Mener une équipe de 2 à 3 gestionnaire responsable d’équipe Méthodes Configuration ;
- Assurer que l’évolution du programme demeure aligné avec le plan industriel et les montés en cadences ;
- Supporter la définition et l’implantation de la vision manufacturière du programme;
- Identifier les exigences de production et optimiser les processus (Éliminer la non-valeur ajoutée);
- Supporter les initiatives qui assureront la montée en compétence des équipes Méthodes ;
- Assurer la convergence de la fonction Méthodes au sein du groupe Airbus Commercial ;
- Supporter l’évolution des processus Méthodes ;
- Participer et supporter l’évolution de la stratégie industrielle « Make/Buy » sur les lots de travail majeurs;
- Planifier les activités des Méthodes et suivre les progrès;
- Participer à l’analyse comparative et aux meilleures pratiques pour assurer la progression vers la classe mondiale.
- Faire un suivi rigoureux des budgets en mode EVM
En tant que candidat idéal,
- Vous détenez formation scolaire pertinente au poste et/ou technique en aérospatiale;
- Vous détenez avec quinze (15) ans d’expérience;
- Vous avez géré une équipe de gestionnaires dans un cadre technique;
- Vous détenez de solides compétences relationnelles;
- Vous êtes un leader naturel avec de très bonnes compétences en coaching;
- Vous êtes un leader d’expérience en résolution de problèmes.
