  • Mener une équipe de 2 à 3 gestionnaire responsable d’équipe Méthodes Configuration ;
  • Assurer que l’évolution du programme demeure aligné avec le plan industriel et les montés en cadences ;
  • Supporter la définition et l’implantation de la vision manufacturière du programme;
  • Identifier les exigences de production et optimiser les processus (Éliminer la non-valeur ajoutée);
  • Supporter les initiatives qui assureront la montée en compétence des équipes Méthodes ;
  • Assurer la convergence de la fonction Méthodes au sein du groupe Airbus Commercial ;
  • Supporter l’évolution des processus Méthodes ;
  • Participer et supporter l’évolution de la stratégie industrielle « Make/Buy » sur les lots de travail majeurs;
  • Planifier les activités des Méthodes et suivre les progrès;
  • Participer à l’analyse comparative et aux meilleures pratiques pour assurer la progression vers la classe mondiale.
  • Faire un suivi rigoureux des budgets en mode EVM

  • Vous détenez formation scolaire pertinente au poste et/ou technique en aérospatiale;
  • Vous détenez avec quinze (15) ans d’expérience;
  • Vous avez géré une équipe de gestionnaires dans un cadre technique;
  • Vous détenez de solides compétences relationnelles;
  • Vous êtes un leader naturel avec de très bonnes compétences en coaching;
