The main task will be to provide maintenance to metallic waste bins and with additional duties as assigned.Location: 1152 Kenaston Street, Ottawa, ONPay Rate: $21.61Shift – Monday to FridayDuties and Responsibilities:
- Paint and maintain all metallic waste bins in a safe, efficient and timely manner
- Yard Clean-up and other general maintenance duties as assigned.
- Completion of applicable Company training programs.
Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of work experience as well as a stable work history
- The ability to paint and sticker the bins
- Clean drivers abstract
- Pass all pre-employment checks

Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. Duties will include processing and prioritizing phone calls, coordinating meetings and appointments, maintaining filing systems, and performing data entry.
Key Responsibilities:
– Answer and direct phone calls in a professional manner
– Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
– Maintain contact lists and spreadsheets
– Create and update records and databases
– Perform data entry and other administrative tasks as needed
– Organize and maintain paper and electronic files

Qualifications:
– High school diploma or equivalent
– Proven experience as an administrative assistant or similar role
– Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
– Excellent organizational skills
– Strong attention to detail
– Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
– Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
