Vos idées sont notre énergie.Le département d’Ingénierie en Service (ISE) Structures & Cabine supporte les opérateurs A220 en développant des réparations structurelles et en donnant des conseils techniques à propos de leur flotte A220. L’équipe M&P et Intérieurs est responsable de supporter le développement de différentes publications de maintenance telles que l’Aircraft Structural Repair Publications (ASRP), de fournir une expertise en matériaux et procédés et de supporter les sujets Intérieurs pour les opérateurs de l’A220.Dans le cadre de votre poste, vous serez appelé à :Interagir dans équipe multidisciplinaire pour le développement de solutions de réparations structurales;Soutenir l’équipe d’Ingénierie en service A220 pour la résolution de problèmes liés aux matériaux et procédés;Être déployé chez un opérateur ou un centre de maintenance (MRO) afin de supporter les activités de maintenance (C-check), les incorporations de modifications (Service Bulletin (SB)) ou bien l’analyse de sujets M&P sur site (prise d’échantillons par ex.).Assister et guider les opérateurs / MRO lors de la préparation des rapports de dommage des différentes structures et fournir une expertise M&P sur la nature des dommages rapportés;Contribuer à la finalisation et à l’amélioration des différents manuels structuraux de l’avion A220 tels que: Aircraft Structural Repair Publication (ASRP) et Aircraft Maintenance Publication (AMP) pour l’ATA 51;Fournir une expertise relative aux matériaux et procédés en support au département des Services à la clientèle de l’avion A220;Définir des processus en support aux réparations structurales, aux modifications et à l’évaluation de dommage aux structures métalliques et composites;Évaluer des alternatives ou substituts aux matériaux et consommables basé sur des demandes clients, une obsolescence ou des changements aux normes;Participer activement aux initiatives d’amélioration continue du support à la clientèle.En tant que candidat idéal, vousPossédez un baccalauréat en génie matériaux ou métallurgique combiné à un minimum de quatre (4) années d’expérience pertinente dans l’industrie aéronautique;êtes une personne dynamique reconnue pour son initiative, son sens des responsabilités prononcé et son bon jugement;connaissez bien les matériaux utilisés en aéronautique incluant les alliages d’aluminium, de titane, d’acier et les alliages résistants à la corrosion ainsi que leur procédés manufacturiers tels que les traitements thermiques et la mise en forme;connaissez les techniques d’inspection non-destructive, les composites, les adhésifs et autres matériaux polymériques;êtes familiers avec les normes militaires et/ou de l’industrie aéronautique typiques telles que MIL specs, SAE, etc.;maîtrisez la suite MS Office;êtes confortable à consulter des dessins de structure d’avion (Catia V5 un atout);possédez d’excellentes habilités de communication (écrite et orale) en français et en anglais;vous démontrez un esprit d’initiative et d’équipe, êtes bien organisé et êtes orienté client.L’utilisation du genre masculin a été adoptée afin de faciliter la lecture et n’a aucune intention discriminatoire.

The M&P and Interiors Team is responsible for supporting the development of different maintenance publications including the Aircraft Structural Repair Publications (ASRP), to provide materials and processes and Interiors expertise to the A220 operators.In your role, you will :Interact with a multidisciplinary team in the development of structural repair solutions;Support A220 In-Service Engineering on troubleshooting of problems related to materials and processes;Be deployed at an operator or a maintenance center (MRO) in order to support maintenance activities (C-check), the incorporation of modifications (Service Bulletin (SB)) or analysis of in-service issues (ex. collecting test samples)Assist and guide the operators / MRO during the preparation of the damage reports of the different structures and provide an M&P expertise on the nature of the damage findings;Support completion and improvement of various A220 aircraft structural publications such as Aircraft Structural Repair Publication (ASRP) and Aircraft Maintenance Publication (AMP) for ATA 51;Provide expertise related to materials and processes to support the A220 Customer Services department;Define processes to support structural repairs, modifications and damage assessments on metallic and composite structures;Investigate alternatives or substitutes for materials and consumables based on customer requests, obsolescence and/or changes in standards;Participate actively in customer support continuous improvement initiatives.As our ideal candidate, you :hold a Bachelor degree in Materials or Metallurgical Engineering with a relevant experience of minimum of four (4) years in the aerospace industry;are a dynamic person with initiative, a strong sense of responsibility and good judgment;possess very good knowledge of aerospace materials including material aluminum, titanium, steel and corrosion resistance alloys and their manufacturing processes such as heat treatment and forming;have knowledge of non-destructive testing techniques, composites, adhesives and other polymer materials;are familiar with typical military and/or aerospace industry standards such as MIL specs, SAE, etc.;master MS Office software;are comfortable in interrogating aircraft structure repair drawings (Catia V5 is an asset);have strong, written and spoken, communication skills in English and French;are self-starter, team player, well organized and customer oriented.The use of the masculine gender has been adopted for ease of reading and has no discriminatory intent.
