Job description: Robert Half is partnering with an excellent organization looking for a Project Coordinator to join their growing team. This is a full-time/permanent role on site.Advantages:-Competitive salary (80-85K)-Full benefits + 3 weeks vacation and other perks-Free parking-Excellent cultureResponsibilities:-Coordinate activities, resources, equipment and information to provide the prime technical input for the roofing project-Support the Project Manager and liaise with clients to identify and define project requirements, scope and objectives-Liaise with site crews and provide feedback regarding objectives, scope and resolving site project issues-Make certain that clients’ needs are met as the project evolves, keeping clients informed and notifying project managers of any contentious issues as they arise-Act as the point of contact and communicate project status adequately to all participants-Use project management tools to monitor working hours, budget, plans and money spent-Issue all appropriate legal paperwork-Report and escalate issues to management as needed-Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports-Provide site review services on as-required basis-Attend project meetings as required-Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors-Maintain comprehensive project documentation-Attend job showings and provide input project quotes, proposals and RFPsQualifications:-Post secondary education in Engineering, Project Management; or in a related field-3+ years experience in Project Management-Have strong knowledge of project management in a Construction Industry-Excellent oral and written communication-Must be willing to travel to different project sites-Eligible for a security clearance-Team player and an approachable demeanorRobert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies. Position Summary:
We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team in Calgary, Alberta. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operations within the office.
