Design Associate Key Responsibilities:

  • Go to client’s homes and meet with them regarding their needs and interests.
  • Follow our Sales System using our tablet, laptop, and software.
  • Act as the single point of contact to the customer for all types of service requests
  • Coordinate installation time and communication schedule with Office Manager
  • Communicate customer needs/expectations to Install Manager to make jobs go smoothly.
  • Ability to maintain customer relationships and develop key referral sources to generate ongoing business.

What you need to succeed as an expert in the field:

  • 3-5+ years’ experience as a sales/ design specialist.
  • Ability to use competitive drive and determination to meet and exceed sales targets.

Location: Calgary, AB

Our client is seeking a Vocational Rehabilitation Specialist to join their team in Calgary, AB. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive vocational rehabilitation services to individuals with disabilities. This individual will conduct assessments, develop rehabilitation plans, and provide job placement and support services.

Key Responsibilities:
– Conduct vocational assessments to determine client’s abilities, interests, and limitations
– Develop personalized rehabilitation plans in collaboration with clients
– Coordinate and facilitate job readiness training and workshops
– Provide job placement assistance and support
– Liaise with employers to secure suitable job placements for clients
– Monitor client progress and provide ongoing support as needed

Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Rehabilitation Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or related field
– Minimum of 2 years of experience in vocational rehabilitation
– Knowledge of disability legislation and resources
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
