The qualified individual must exhibit attention to detail, have strong organizational skills and work well with minimum supervision.Key Roles & Responsibilities:
- Prepare stain mixes for the production process. This includes measuring and mixing colours, testing and documenting,
- Creates customer wood samples. This requires understanding and researching on what colour tones or textures are trending.

Qualifications & Skills:
- Minimum 1 year of paint or colour and design experience.
- Proven experience as a colour mixer.
- Experience with specialized mixing techniques and materials for it’s application on wood products.
- Knowledge and experience of paint and it’s application.
Must have own vehicle and valid drivers license.

Salary: $15 – $20 per hour
The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the HR department. This involves assisting with recruitment and onboarding processes, maintaining employee records, coordinating training sessions, and handling general HR queries.
Key Responsibilities:
– Assist with recruitment by posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks
– Assist with onboarding new employees by preparing paperwork, setting up IT equipment, and coordinating orientation sessions
– Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including attendance, time-off requests, and performance evaluations
– Coordinate training sessions and workshops, including scheduling, organizing materials, and tracking attendance
– Handle general HR queries from employees, providing information or escalating issues as needed
– Assist with other administrative tasks as required
Qualifications:
– Previous experience in an administrative role, ideally within an HR department
– Strong organizational and time management skills
– Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
– Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word
– Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion
– A team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
