Job Description

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management, with a proven track record of successfully completing projects on time and within budget.

Responsibilities:
– Oversee and manage all aspects of construction projects from start to finish
– Develop project budgets, schedules, and timelines
– Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure project success
– Monitor and track project progress, identifying and addressing any issues that arise
– Ensure all projects are completed in compliance with relevant codes and regulations
– Provide regular updates to senior management on project status and performance

Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field
– 5+ years of experience in construction project management
– Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and processes
– Excellent communication and leadership skills
– Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
– PMP certification is a plus
