– Conduct site visits, utilizing advanced software such as Bid2Win to estimate costs accurately for civil construction activities.
– Provide recommendations to optimize costs and mitigate risks.
– Present detailed cost estimates to internal teams and external clients.
– Support project managers and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.Qualifications:– Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
– 5+ years of civil estimating experience, including overhead distribution.
– Proficiency in estimating software such as Bid2Win, HCSS, WinEst, or equivalent.

Job Description
We are currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Construction Project Manager to oversee our construction projects from beginning to end. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that construction projects are completed on time and within budget, while maintaining a high level of quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
– Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets
– Coordinate and manage all aspects of construction projects
– Communicate regularly with clients, subcontractors, and team members
– Monitor progress and quality of work on construction sites
