These include leaders in ecommerce and retail, media, travel, automotive, financial services and health such as Toyota, BPCE, Fnac Darty, Canada Goose… and many others!MissionsAs part of strengthening the Kameleoon Consulting team in North America and ensuring our customers are satisfied and successful in deploying and leveraging Kameleoon solutions, we are looking for a talented and motivated Technical Account Manager & Front-End Developer (VIE contract) for a 24 months mission in Toronto (Canada) after a short onboarding in our Paris office.Under the leadership of a TAM Team Leader, you will be in charge of supporting our customers in the US and Canada in the implementation of their optimization projects and help integrate Kameleoon in their tech stack.You will mainly be involved in the following missions:

• Participate in customer projects as the technical referent of our solutions: in close collaboration with a Customer Success Manager, you will ensure the proper technical framing of the project, technical setup of deployments, integrations, experimentation campaigns (including both client-side testing based on JS/CSS and server side / Feature experimentation & feature flagging based on SDKs)
• Provide technical solutions to our customers’ problems, including analyzing and contributing to the debugging/diagnosis of the JavaScript code delivered by Kameleoon
• Train users with a technical background on the client side to become autonomous on the platform and in the use of Kameleoon APIs and SDKs
• Participate in Front-End development (mainly JavaScript and HTML/CSS + possibly NodeJS depending on the candidate’s skills) on certain customer projects
• For candidates with Presales skills: demonstrating the technical architecture of our solutions in customer or presales meetings

ProfileWhat are we looking for?

• A first successful experience in IT, R&D or tech consulting team (ideally within a B2B SaaS company and/or working on web or digital marketing environment)
• You speak English fluently (native is a plus), both verbally and in writing

Job Description

We are seeking a talented and experienced Graphic Designer to join our creative team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating graphic content for a variety of marketing materials, including web banners, social media ads, print materials, and more.

The ideal candidate must have a strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout. Additionally, you will need to have proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite.
