Job description: Our client is looking for a Warranty Service Technician that is very experienced in all varieties of production residential new builds including singles, detached and townhome developments that is looking for their next challenging career opportunity.
- Resolve and repair post PDI issues and other customer requests
- Clean facilities by sweeping, dusting etc.
- Everything from framing to drywall, tiles, lay hardwood and more
- Perform maintenance and light repairs
- Perform routine landscaping on the grounds
- Paint and fill gaps or crevices (on walls, sidewalks etc.)
- Undertake light installation or carpenting (e.g. install cabinets)
- Repair equipment or appliances
- Assist tradespeople with electrical, plumbing or HVAC repairs
- Undertake duties as assigned or emergency tasks (e.g. shoveling snow)
- Identify and report the need for major repairs

- 5+ years experience in construction as a low rise Service Technician for residential New Build construction
- Strong team player with a solutions focused mindset and ability to understand sophisticated ways
- Possess thorough knowledge in designing and building large scale multi family construction projects
- Additional tasks and duties as required
