Your Role on our Team:
This position helps to support the 30 day warranty team to ensure all warrantable items are completed in a timely manner with our homeowners. It involves contributing to an exceptional customer experience and deliver on schedule, while upholding Minto’s core values. It will also include identifying deficiencies, assessing, and completing repairs in a timely manner.In this role, you will:
- Seek opportunities to assist our home owners in order to provide an exceptional customer experience;
- Present themselves in a professional and customer focused manner in all interactions with homeowners;
- Ensuring proper use of personal protective equipment
- Complete 30 day repair lists resulting from homeowner requests
- Report back to 30 day coordinator on all completed and non-completed 30 day warranty items
- Report defects and damages to 30 Day Service Manager/ Coordinator if applicable;
- Conduct interior repairs on windows, doors, frames, baseboards, floors;
- Conduct carpentry finishing, as required;
- Conduct repairs on insulation and drywall, as required;
- Ensure the complete cleanup of the home inside and out;
- Conduct repairs on insulation and drywall, as required;
We would like you to have:
- A High School Diploma is an asset.
- A minimum of two (2) years of relevant work experience. On-the-job training is a must.
- Computer skills are an asset
- General knowledge of residential construction repairs
- Strong communication skills (listening, verbal and written)
