  • Provides improvement recommendations to cost estimating procedures to reduce future discrepancies between estimated and actual costs
  • Identifies cost trends to assist management in cost reduction and process improvement efforts

Requirements:

  • Post-secondary degree in mechanical/electrical/structural engineering (with 0-2 years of experience) or 2 years+ experience as a mechanical estimator or a valid trade specific Journeyperson Certificate, Interprovincial Red Seal Journeyperson Certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
  • Proficiency with Access & Power BI is an asset.
