  • Minimum 2 yr framing experience.
  • Experience is a great asset but motivation is key!
  • Work is based out of the Salmon Arm area but can include an area 1.5hr drive around Salmon Arm.
  • Work an average of 40hrs a week.
  • Get paid bi-weekly.
  • Hourly Wages are based on experience and performance. (your wage will suck if you are a poor performer)
  • Piece work Wages when possible (Opportunity to make excellent wages)

Responsibilities:

  • Build wood framed structures mostly in the multi-family and residential.
  • Commercial framing, residential framing, multi family, and agricultural framing.
  • Framing includes building walls, floors, and roof systems.
  • Clean up and keep things tidy.
  • Show up every day Monday to Friday, 7 – 5.
  • Give your all and receive your all!

Qualifications:

  • Must be a Canadian resident or have a Canadian work visa.
  • Minimum 2yrs experience.
  • Full-time (no part-timers)
  • Must be self motivated.
  • Have your own transportation.
  • Have your own PPE and small hand tools (hammer, speed square, tape, etc.)
  • Be willing to work hard. (framing is not for snowflakes)
  • Willing to be a team member, not an employee! (Employees show up late, leave early, and steal while they’re there!)
