Develop and manage the Turnpike’s performance development budget, contracts/agreements, internal and external partnerships, and other resources to ensure the availability of required and/or requested training. Oversee project managers assigned to training and performance management contracts. Scope, advertise, analyze, and select vendors, contractors, and consultants.Remain informed of current trends in training and development. Represent performance development interests in internal meetings and other state agencies.
