- Work with the estimator for accurate efficient estimates.
- Following up & inspecting parts ( damaged, incorrect)
- Repair damage to vehicle body panels
- Vehicle disassembly and reassembly
- Repair or Replace interior and exterior parts, electrical components, and vehicle accessories
- Assess and repair structural components of a vehicle
- Use of frame equipment
- Follow proper procedures as per manufacturers’ recommendation for replacement of structural and sheet metal panels
- Work with High strength steel, high strength low Allow Steel, Aluminum, Sheet Moulded Compound, Fiberglass and Urethane.
- Be a team player
Qualifications
- Ontario Auto Body Repair License
- 3rd apprentice considered
- Valid driver’s license
- Familiar with Ontario Occupational Health & Safety Standards
- Able to work in a safe organized and professional manner with others.
- Participate in solving any daily challenges which may arise
- Participate in a positive team atmosphere
- Able to communicate, understand, read and write in English at a level needed to meet job-related tasks and safety requirements.
