ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Preparation of body shop estimates
- Negotiation and Invoicing duties
- Meticulous documenting of important information
- Able to self-manage & thrive in a fast paced environment
- Great attitude and present confidently
- Demonstrates a high degree of integrity and professionalism
- Computer literate and tech savvy
- Basic understanding of Automotive systems
- Excellent communication and organizational skill
- This position will be expected to perform other duties as assigned by management.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:
- 3- 5 years of Estimator/Appraiser experience
- Valid driver’s license and driver’s abstract
- Automotive back ground and/or collision and body shop experience
- Driven to succeed – with a strong focus on Customer Satisfaction
- Effective communication skills, both oral and written
- Legally authorized to work in Canada
