We are I Class Gold (Aluminium) certified and certified with multiple OEMs. The successful candidate will join us in our focus to provide outstanding customer service and quality.Job Description:The primary responsibility of the CSR is to provide an exceptional customer experience while leading production in the shop. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service, sales, and automotive repair, with the ability to assess vehicle damage accurately and provide estimates. This person plays a pivotal role in the success of the of the Collision Centre.Role and Requirements

  • Provide Customer with accurate and timely information, guiding them through the repair process and ensuring that they receive excellent customer service
  • Ensure compliance with all insurance client requirements, processes and metrics
  • Communicate all customer requests and needs to appropriate team members
  • Provides positive energy when greeting customers in person and on the phone
  • Understanding of all required Insurance programs and procedures
  • Collaborate with the body shop team to ensure timely and efficient repair processes
  • – Utilize mechanical knowledge to evaluate repair needs and recommend appropriate services
  • Participate in monthly Health & Safety and staff meeting (if required)
  • Attend training, information sessions and workshops recommended by Store Manager

Requirements:– Previous experience in a dealership or automotive repair setting preferred– Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment– Experience in sales and interacting with customersJob Type: Full-time, PermanentBenefits:
