Job description: Structural Steel EstimatorA highly-respected Steel Fabricator and Erector is seeking an Estimator to join their team. I am working with a company that are responsible for fabricating and erecting some of the most visible structures in Central Florida. Their main markets include the commercial, industrial, aerospace, and entertainment industries. Established in 1979, They have not only quickly became the go to name in steel fabrication and erection working with some of the worlds most recognizable brands, They have received numerous quality, performance, and safety awards doing so. You’d be responsible for estimating steel projects anywhere from $500k-$50M range.Steel Estimator Qualifications:
- 3+ years of steel estimating experience
- Prepare complete quantity take-offs of projects
- Must be able to read and interpret blueprints and/or drawings
- Knowledge of Bluebeam or other applicable software
- Excellent people skills
Steel Estimator Compensation:
- $60,000-$100,000
- 401K Match
