ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Preparation of body shop estimates
  • Negotiation and Invoicing duties
  • Meticulous documenting of important information
  • Able to self-manage & thrive in a fast paced environment
  • Great attitude and present confidently
  • Demonstrates a high degree of integrity and professionalism
  • Computer literate and tech savvy
  • Basic understanding of Automotive systems
  • Excellent communication and organizational skill
  • This position will be expected to perform other duties as assigned by management.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:

  • 3- 5 years of Estimator/Appraiser experience
  • Valid driver’s license and driver’s abstract
  • Automotive back ground and/or collision and body shop experience
  • Driven to succeed – with a strong focus on Customer Satisfaction
  • Effective communication skills, both oral and written
  • Legally authorized to work in Canada

Position: Administrative Assistant

Location: Toronto, ON

Our client, a successful law firm in Toronto, is seeking an Administrative Assistant to join their team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of administrative and clerical tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

– Answer and direct phone calls
– Organize and schedule appointments
– Write and distribute emails, correspondence memos, letters, faxes, and forms
– Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
– Update and maintain office policies and procedures
– Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers
– Maintain contact lists
– Provide general support to visitors
– Prepare and monitor invoices
– Develop and maintain a filing system

Qualifications:

– Proven experience as an administrative assistant or office admin assistant
– Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
