L’équipe est responsable de développer le : Aircraft Structural Repair Publications (ASRP), de partager les enjeux en service avec nos principaux fournisseurs ainsi que de supporter les opérateurs lors de leurs activités de maintenance.Vos défis:
- Soutenir activement les opérateurs A220 en apportant des solutions à leurs demandes liées à la structure;
- Enquêter sur les problèmes techniques et de qualité récurrents signalés sur la structure des avions;
- Surveiller et examiner ces problèmes avec notre service d’ingénierie et nos fournisseurs afin de développer des solutions et de fournir des mesures d’atténuation aux opérateurs;
- Concevoir des réparations spécifiques pour les dommages dépassant les limites de dommages autorisées;
- S’assurer que les attentes des clients sont satisfaites en termes de fiabilité, de qualité et de coût;
- Enquêter sur la récurrence des dommages et proposer une solution à long terme ;
- Participer aux revues de conception et au support des modifications et évolutions de la structure;
- Représenter l’organisation des services à la clientèle A220 dans les comités internes et externes ;
- Participer aux initiatives d’amélioration continue de l’organisation des services à la clientèle;
- Supporter les opérateurs lors de leurs activités de maintenance (C-Check).
Votre profil:
- Expérience de dix (10) ans dans l’industrie aérospatiale;
- Vous disposez d’une solide expérience en structure aéronautique, d’un point de vue conception, maintenance, certification ou exploitation;
- Vous avez une bonne connaissance des logiciels MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.);
- Avoir une connaissance des systèmes d’ingénierie, de dessin et de contrôle de configuration de l’A220 est un atout;
- Vous êtes une personne dynamique qui prend des initiatives, avec un sens aigu des responsabilités, orienté client et doté d’un bon jugement en ingénierie;
- Vous êtes organisé, capable de gérer efficacement votre temps et de prioriser les tâches tout en travaillant vers des délais serrés;
- Vous avez de solides compétences en communication écrite et orale en anglais et en français;
- Vous êtes disponible pour des déplacements pour une durée pouvant aller jusqu’à 3 semaines;

- Investigate recurring technical & quality issues reported on aircraft structure;
- Monitor and review those issues with our engineering department and suppliers in order to develop solutions and provide mitigations to operators;
- Design specific repairs for damages exceeding permitted damage limits or Maintenance Manual limitations;
- Ensure customer expectations are met in terms of reliability, quality and cost;
- Investigate the recurrence of damages and propose long term solution;
- Participate in the design reviews and support of structure modifications and evolutions;
- Represent the A220 Customer Services organization in internal and external committees;
- Participate in the continuous improvement initiatives of the Customer Services organization;
- Support the operators during their maintenance activities (C-Check).
Your profile :
- Ten (10) years experience in the aerospace industry;
- You have solid experience in aeronautical structures, from a design, maintenance, certification or operation point of view;
- You have a good knowledge of MS Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.);
- Knowledge of A220 engineering, design and configuration control systems is an asset;
- You are a dynamic person who takes initiative, with a strong sense of responsibility, customer-oriented and with good engineering judgment;
- You are organized, able to manage your time effectively and prioritize tasks while working towards tight deadlines;
- You have strong written and oral communication skills in English and French;
- You are available for travel for up to 3 weeks;
