REQUIRED SKILLS and PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum of 5 years construction Supervisory experience with an extensive background of structural concrete.
  • Construction or Carpentry Technical Diploma, Trade Certification and/or equivalent training or experience.
  • Trade background with progressive experience in general contracting.
  • An advanced understanding of NBC.
  • Advanced knowledge of construction technology, methods, equipment, tools, procedures, scheduling, and cost control.
  • Demonstrated competence in the areas of safety, people management, project execution, cost control, quality, and administration.
  • Previous experience working in the Industrial construction sector is an asset.
  • Proven experience managing projects according to plan, schedule, and budget.
  • Valid First Aid certification is an asset, level 2 preferred.

Your Role on our Team: The Assistant Foundation Superintendent is responsible for supporting the Foundation Superintendent with the foundation building and pouring process for housing development projects while ensuring compliance with all standards and specifications.In this role, you will:
